Send us an email to contacto@ecoballution indicating your information, the number of your order and the reason for the change or return.
Remember that the products that you are going to change or return must be in perfect condition, labeled, in their original packaging and with everything that it contains. Ecoballution reserves the right to cancel the exchange or return process if after receiving it we verify that the requirements described above are not met.
Once we have received your package, we will manage the change or return within 10 working days. The refund will be made through the same payment method that you have selected in the purchase process.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
